Resipi ni aku dapat semasa Seminar Kecemerlangan oleh Prof. Dr. Mohd Naim dari Kolej Universiti Teknologi Pengurusan Malaysia (KUTPM), sekarang dikenali sebagai Universiti Pengurusan dan Sains (MSU) masa belajar dulu.. Dah lama la kan aku dok simpan mende ni.. Kalau la aku gunakan sepenuhnya mungkin aku akan jadi insan yang lebih hebat best.. So meh kita kongsi bersama ilmu yang x seberapa ni..
